6 Month Review
Ok so its been six months since my Hopes And Aspirations post listing 8 things I hoped to achieve in 2007 so how are things going.
1. Post more frequently to this blog
Well Its been almost 6 months since the last post so that one is a bit of a flop (Good Start eh!)
2. Plant a Church
This one is going amazingly well. We are planning a new Church in a small town called Tetbury. We have established a small team there and things are progressing quite nicely. Our house in Stroud has recently sold and we have had an offer accepted on one in Tetbury and hope to move over the summer. So I hope to blog quite a lot about church planting but that will depend on me sorting out point 1.
3. Release a Commercial Piece of Software for the Mac
Mission accomplished (see here)
4. Become a disciplined Forex Trader
Yea right enough said!
5. Learn how to say NO
This is getting a little easier but I have to say is still a challenge to me
6. Feel that I couldnt have done any better once Ignition 07 is over.
This one has changed a little and the Ignition youth work is now very different to how it was first envisaged. So this one is still live
7. To see my Kids grow in confidence and ability at the things they love.
This one is a lifetime goal rather than a one year one. We have good days and bad days but heh thats life.
8. Implement GTD
Lets just say I haven’t “Got Things Done” yet, but its only June
So 3 aspirations are total flops , 1 accomplished and 4 making good progress, lets grade that at C+
