House Buying in the UK Stinks
My house move date got changed again today for the 3rd time. I have to say there is nothing more archaic the trying to move house in the UK. An 18th Century system for a 21st century world.
My question is “Why do we put up with it?” OK so some of the system is governed by law so we could campaign for the law to be changed but actually most of it is just a “We’ve always done it this way” attitude of solicitors. Why do we put up with paying large amounts of money to people who don’t do very much very slowly.
