I have always found Def Leppard a little dull and that's how I would describe this album. There is nothing really wrong with it but there is also nothing really right with it. Like many albums of this genre and period you can pick out the tracks that were singles very easily with there slightly more commercial feel.
I guess if you are really into hard rock you might be able to hear nuances in this album that I just can't but for me it just didn't amount to very much at all.

Why Does This Review Exist?
I am working my way through Rolling Stone’s 500 Greatest Albums of all time list and reviewing each album.
- Each album is listened to only once.
- The album is used as background music while working so how much attention I pay to it will depend on what I am doing at the time.
- I do no research about the album or the artist.
- The review is a one off, one moment opinion that may change with further listening.
