The Notorious B.I.G. - Life After Death

The Review

After listening to over five hours of country music this album is probably getting a far better review then it would have if it came anywhere else in the list.

It's quite along album at 1 hour and 50 minutes but it did pass pretty quickly. As with previous albums of this genre it lives in world that is alien to me but some of the songs really do catch you. It's interesting enough that it kept me engaged most of the time. I wouldn't say I really enjoyed it but I didn't dislike it.

Why Does This Review Exist?

I am working my way through Rolling Stone’s 500 Greatest Albums of all time list and reviewing each album.

  • Each album is listened to only once.
  • The album is used as background music while working so how much attention I pay to it will depend on what I am doing at the time.
  • I do no research about the album or the artist.
  • The review is a one off, one moment opinion that may change with further listening.
